Our Threes+ program (serving ages 2.5–5) is designed to guide children through the early school years with structure, creativity, emotional support, and meaningful opportunities to grow as thinkers, teammates, and leaders. Children thrive on consistency, so our days follow a predictable rhythm that helps them feel secure while exploring new skills. At this age, development expands quickly, and our program focuses on identifying numbers and letters, understanding weather concepts, strengthening fine motor skills, developing emotional regulation, and practicing teamwork and compromising with peers.

Every day includes engaging circle times tailored to each age group. Children ages 3–5 enjoy learning ABCs, early math, book awareness, and weather through songs, large motor exercises, stories, and interactive activities. School-age children (4-5) dive deeper into reading age-appropriate books, journaling, writing practice, and more advanced discussions that build confidence and school-readiness. Throughout the day, free play remains an important part of learning, offering children the chance to practice social skills, problem-solving, creativity, and independence.

Art projects, sensory exploration, music, and hands-on materials help strengthen fine motor development and encourage self-expression. Teachers model positive communication, empathy, and emotional coping strategies to help children navigate peer interactions and big feelings with maturity and confidence.

We deeply value creating a community where children feel supported, respected, and capable. Beginning at age 4, every child receives a “Community Helper” certificate to celebrate their growing independence and responsibility. When a child graduates or transitions out of our program, we hold a special May graduation ceremony where each child receives a cap and gown, a certificate, and a portfolio filled with memories, progress, artwork, milestones, and achievements from their time in our care.

Our goal is to nurture well-mannered, respectful, self-sufficient, community-driven individuals by surrounding them with positive role models who cherish their growth every step of the way.
